Vendor Guidelines

CONFERENCE DATES | Friday November 10th 5:30p – 9:30p and Saturday November 11th 7:30a – 7:30p

  • All Vendors must be set up by

  • Vendors are allowed to sell only before and after sessions

  • Breakdown must be complete by 8:30p on November 11th Vendors may NOT breakdown before 7:30p. Vendors are asked to please leave the area clean and litter free after the event. (Garbage bags will be provided)

  • All fees are non-refundable.

  • September 15, 2023 is the deadline for all vendors to return form and payment for guaranteed space. Note, spaces are given on a first come first serve bases.

  • We reserve the right to censor any booth.

Conference Vendor Prospectus

By signing this form, you agree to the following:

  1. You take full responsibility of your products and services rendering International Women’s Ministry Network (IWMN) its staff, affiliates, board members, and the like will not be responsible for any claims, lack of performance, etc. from the conference.

  2. You have all of the necessary requirements mandated by the State of California to operate your business and therefore; IWMN directly or indirectly will not be liable for any matters associated with your business.

  3. You agree to make a product/service donation, of your choice, to the Conference. Such item(s) can be used by IWMN as a drawing/gift during the event.

  4. You agree to receiving one Preferred registration with your Vendor package. Additional registrations must be purchased at the tier cost that you select. If the tier you have selected is sold out, IWMN cannot provide seating for any tier that is sold out.

  5. You promise to operate in the utmost of integrity and character in the providing of your services and products to those attending the Conference, and to the venue and it’s staff.

  6. Vendors must provide their own equipment, displays, credit card processing equipment and change. All items must fit within your designated space. (A table and two chairs will be provided)

  7. All tables must have adult supervision at all times.

  8. All vendors are prohibited from selling ANY alcohol, beer, wine, food, beverages and no drugs of any kind. In addition, no displaying, advertising, or selling of guns, knives, weapons, tobacco related items, or any other items deemed inappropriate. 

  9. Vendor opportunities are limited and they are provided on a first come, first serve bases. Payment must be made in full. Once the form is completed and returned, along with payment, you will receive and email confirmation with instructions.

  10. If electricity is needed, please note on your application and bring your own power surge. Outlet space assignment is limited and will be provided on a first come, first serve bases.

  11. All Vendors accepted are non-refundable. You can, with the approval of IWMN transfer your purchase for this event only, if for some reason you are unable to attend. You will be responsible for finding a replacement, and they must submit a form as well.
